Rocky Hill Youth and Family Services Bureau (RHYFSB), under CT State Department of Education (SDE) Statute 10-19m is to provide Administrative Core Unit (ACU) functions set forth by the SDE and Connecticut Youth Services Association which include but are not limited to:

• Advocacy
• Community involvement
• Management and administration
• Research and development
• Resource development

Holiday Family Program

Human & Youth Services coordinates holiday programs for Rocky Hill families that need help with the upcoming holiday season; we can assist with food, gift cards, and gifts for children 12 and under. If your family is in need this holiday season please call 860-258-2799 for more information.

Back-to-School Program

Human & Youth Services, with the help of our generous donors, has a Back-to-School Program for our disadvantaged Rocky Hill families. During the last 2 weeks of August this program provides back-to-school supplies, backpacks, and gift cards for shoes and clothing, for Rocky Hill children entering Kindergarten through 12th grade. The program depends on community donations and is on a first-come, first-serve basis to help families offset the costs of sending their children back to school.
