The Police Department's responsibilities include crime prevention, suppression and investigation, as well as uniformed patrol and response. It is the goal of our agency to be a progressive, community-oriented police department, utilizing the most contemporary and effective best practices in crime fighting and police management.
Rocky HIll emergency medical services (EMS) department has been serving the the town since 1972. There are now forty-two active riding members, four new members, five auxiliary members and fifteen inactive life members. Of the riding members, nine are at the Intermediate Advanced Life Support level of certification and of those, four are at the Paramedic Advanced Life Support level of certification.
