Summer Reading is now here! Registration for our virtual reading program through Beanstack begins now! ALL AGES are encouraged to participate. Log your books, earn virtual badges, and have a chance to win gift cards to local businesses and other fun prizes! The more you read the more chances you have to win! Summer Scavenger Hunts - Outside

Try your hand at our latest challenge - outdoor scavenger hunts! Stop by the library at any time during the summer, grab a copy of our latest scavenger hunt, and explore the library grounds. We'll be offering new scavenger hunts each week, all summer long on Saturdays, starting June 19!

Mindful Movements: Animal Edition - Outside in Person!

Pose, move, and even breathe like animals in this family program! We'll get silly, have fun, and look at animals in a whole new way, all while practicing mindfulness and learning to pay attention to our bodies and the world around us. Children ages 3 & up. July 24 @ 11:00. Register for a reminder.

Science Explorers: Paws and Claws - Outside In Person!

Join us to participate in a variety of hands-on activities to explore how different types of animal extremities affect their ability to move and use tools. Best suited for ages 5-10. July 26 @ 2:00. Registration is required.

Craft & Chat Cafe! - via Zoom

In our Craft & Chat Cafe, your preschooler will be creating process-oriented art with materials you have in the house already while we lightly chat about this and that! There are no pre-determined outcomes, we're only interested in the act of creating! Tuesdays 7/27 - 8/17 @ 11:00. Register here!

Gone to the Dogs - Outside in Person

Our favorite dogs are back – now in person! What is a better way to spend your time than reading to a dog? Recommended for ages 5 and older. July 27 starting at 6:00. Please register here.

Rocky Hill Author Talk: LIVEr by John Hoffman - Now on July 29 via Zoom

Join us for a special talk with local Rocky Hill author John Hoffman who will discuss his new memoir, "LIVEr: My Journey of Transplant Survival". Born with a rare liver disease, John received risky experimental surgery and ultimately survived two liver transplants. July 29 @ 6:30. Register here.

Shadow Puppet Theatre Storytime! - via Zoom

Join us for shadow puppet fun! Each week you’ll watch our take on familiar animal themed folklore or stories, but done with shadow puppets! You never know what will happen when our shadow puppets decide to tell the story! Children of all ages! Fridays 7/30 - 8/20 @ 2:00. Register here!
