Due to the Excessive Heat, the Belden Library will be open as a Cooling Center during normal hours of operation until further notice. Hours may be expanded as the week goes on based on the heat index. Oppressive heat possible Tuesday to Thursday due to increasing humidity and temperatures. Heat Index values range from 90 to 100 Tuesday to Thursday. The peak of the heat is on Wednesday and Thursday.
